The Kitchen Stays Open
When the rest of Nashville shuts down, Italia is just hitting its stride — serving until nearly 3:50 AM, seven days a week. Late-night doesn't mean lesser food here; the Pepperoni Suicide and King's Feast come out just as loaded at 2 AM as they do at dinnertime.
Adam Behind the Counter
The owner isn't in a back office — he's at the counter, taking your order, remembering your usual, and making sure every box that goes out the door is right. That hands-on presence earned Italia the Italian Restaurant of the Year award in 2021.
